Wear Bananas for Spreading Smiles
Wear Bananas started with two teachers, a classroom full of bananas, and one shared realization: joy can be simple.
When we first met, one of us walked into the other’s classroom and immediately noticed bananas everywhere decor, stickers, little reminders of happiness.
He laughed and said, “I love bananas too.”
For her, bananas were always a symbol of brightness, sunny, cheerful, and impossible not to smile at.
For him, bananas meant comfort and love, the one fruit his grandmother made sure he had every single day growing up.
Different stories. Same feeling.
That moment sparked something bigger:
What if bananas could become a symbol people wear to spread joy?
So we created Wear Bananas, a reminder to choose kindness, lightness, and smiles in everyday life.
